You Don't Have to Choose

Season #3

The idea of having to choose our career or family? I’m calling BULLSHIT and here’s why…

💡 Another narrative that keeps us small and from reaching our full potential. When you take the seat of choosing one over the other, you are sitting in a seat of powerlessness. But here’s the thing, you can design a life to embody it all.

We are taught that we can’t scale our business and deepen our relationships simultaneously. Or that children hinder success; That there isn’t a way to rise up in leadership while being a present mother.

So, today I am challenging you to break free from this mindset. You get to do both, because you are wise enough to design a life where you are fully supported in all of your roles. You get to choose the reality where you do both.

Instead of buying into these beliefs that dim your light, what if you…

  • Showed your kids what it is like to be successful and celebrate the wins inside your business that you have built?
  • Brought in the strengths you have as a mother to your business to nurture your relationships with ideal clients + customers?
  •  Whole-heartedly believed you can be a successful multi-faceted woman, who is building her empire while being a kick-ass mom?

I refuse to choose. And I invite you to dive deep into this mindset too. Because you, CEO, deserve to prove yourself right. You can do this. You were meant for this.
