- First, pause and simply reflect. Create a list of things you want to delegate and what values are important to you to maintain throughout scaling.
- Become aware of what types of communication styles you are drawn to. Think about how you’d like to communicate to your team and how you’d like to be communicated with.
- Take the hiring process slow. Take your time and trust that the right team will fall into place.
When you are taking the steps to strengthen your business and take it to the next level, it will happen. You can grow, because you were meant to live out your purpose.
