Episode #33 - The Path Forward from Sex Trafficking with Amanda Catarzi

Season #1 Episode #33

Life after experiencing a traumatic event is never easy however, there is always an opportunity to turn those negative experiences into a place of strength.

In today’s episode, we talk with sex and labor trafficking survivor Amanda Catarzi. Amanda is an author, copywriter, and advocate for those who have been victims of violent crimes.

She is passionate about creating a platform for people who have struggled to be heard and uses her role as a writer to help her clients find their voice.

Some of the topics we discuss include her journey with mental health and how she moved from a victim to a successful entrepreneur.

We also talk about how to protect the most vulnerable population of our society (our kids) and we can empower them to use their voices.

We take a moment to break down why good communication with your children is important and acknowledge that it is our responsibility as parents and adults to pursue becoming the healthiest versions of ourselves.

If you find yourself struggling in your journey, we want to support you!
